Terms of Use - Unico IDCloud Portal (Unico IDCloud One)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Unico IDCloud Portal (Unico IDCloud One) ("Portal"), a platform owned by Acesso Digital Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. ("Unico"). By accessing the Portal, the Client and its Users agree to the conditions set forth herein.

1. Description and Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is the Command Center for Unico's identity validation solutions. Its purpose is to provide autonomy and operational efficiency to the Client, enabling the management of the capabilities of the Unico ecosystem.

  • Operational Scope: The Portal enables the management of biometric workflows, performance monitoring, process creation, and access governance.

2. User Access and Management (Self-Service)

Access to the Portal is via individual and non-transferable credentials. The Client is solely responsible for managing their user accounts.

  • Access Profiles: The Client must assign specific profiles (as shown in the table below) in accordance with the principle of least privilege.

  • Responsibility for Credentials: The Client is civilly and criminally liable for any actions performed by its registered users.

3. Features

The Portal provides the Client with the following tools, subject to the contracted commercial scope:

  • Capability Results: Visualization of capability results, ensuring visibility into the operation.

  • Process Creation: Generating links and sending messages via WhatsApp/SMS in real time.

  • Objection: Functionality to question and review verification results.

  • Performance Data: Accuracy and conversion rate dashboards. Report Export.

4. Client Obligations

By using the Portal, the Client agrees to:

  1. Use the information and capabilities exclusively for fraud prevention and digital identity protection purposes.

  2. Respect the guidelines of the applicable Privacy Laws when processing personal data obtained through the Portal.

  3. Do not perform reverse engineering, unauthorized testing, or any action that compromises the stability of the Portal.

5. Availability and Limitations of Liability of Unico

Unico will make its best efforts to maintain the availability of the Portal, except during maintenance periods and technical problems.

Unico will not, under any circumstances, be liable for damages or losses arising from:

  • Misuse: Any damage caused by misuse of the Portal, including entering incorrect data or introducing viruses.

  • Technical Problems: System failures, unavailability, or technical impossibilities resulting from misuse of the Portal or technical problems with the devices the Client uses to access it.

6. Portal Developments

The Client acknowledges that the Portal is constantly evolving. Unico reserves the right to implement new features, updates, and improvements according to its development schedule and technical availability. Such evolutions will be integrated into the Portal and may be changed without prior notice to improve the user experience.

7. General Provisions

These Terms may be updated periodically by Unico to reflect new features or regulatory changes. Continued use of the Portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
