# Feature

## Introduction

Unico IDPay offers a wide range of **endpoints, modules, and features**, designed to adapt to different scenarios and use cases. Below, we present the key definitions and applications of each feature.

## **Payment Transactions** <a href="#principais-funcionalidades" id="principais-funcionalidades"></a>

The first major feature of IDPay is to validate each transaction made within the establishment, ensuring that the sale can be processed for that user.&#x20;

Transactions are organized into different modules, each designed to address specific scenarios and varied needs. Explore the available modules and see how each one can be applied to your use case:

## Credit Card Onboarding

With this feature, you can onboard your users' credit cards into your digital wallet, ensuring that the card belongs to the correct holder.

What differentiates this feature from Payment Transactions are the specific **REST API** endpoints and parameters, which were developed to optimally meet the needs of card validation and registration in your solution.

It is possible to onboard your users' Credit Card in two different ways:

* By requesting a biometric capture from your users;
* By reusing the biometric data collected during Identity Verification processes performed through other products of the Unico IDCloud platform.

To use the "Credit Card Onboarding" feature, it is necessary to use another product from the [<mark style="color:blue;">**IDCloud platform**</mark>](https://devcenter.unico.io/idcloud), as it will be required to reference a biometric process when creating this type of transaction (learn more in the API section).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://devcenter.unico.io/unico-idpay/en/about-idpay/feature.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
